How to Use Ask Clozd

1. Accessing Ask Clozd:
You can find Ask Clozd in your Clozd dashboard. Simply click on the Ask Clozd chat button at the top right corner.

2. Ask a Question:
Type a question in natural language. Some examples of questions you might ask include:
“What are the top reasons we lose to Competitor Y?”
“Why do we win deals in the healthcare sector?”
“What are the most common decision drivers over the last 3 months?”

3. Reviewing Responses:
The AI will analyze all published interviews that you have access to and return a summarized response. These responses are designed to be clear and actionable, making it easy to draw conclusions and shape strategies.

4. Save & Access Past Conversations:
Every chat session is saved and private. You can return to previous chats anytime to revisit your earlier queries or start a new conversation by clicking the "New Chat" button.

Ask Clozd analyzes published win-loss interviews that a user can access. The AI only considers interviews from your win-loss program and does not include unpublished interviews or survey responses.

 

Is Ask Clozd secure?

Yes! Your data is secure and is never mixed with other customers’ data. Clozd uses the most secure enterprise license available through OpenAI. How many interviews are needed before I can access Ask Clozd?
Ask Clozd requires a minimum of 10 published interviews within your program to be enabled. If fewer than 10 deals are available, the chat feature will be disabled.

 

Are my chats with Ask Clozd saved?
Yes, all chats are saved and private to your account. You can return to view past conversations at any time.

 

Can other users see my chats?
No, your chats are private and cannot be accessed by any other users, including company admins and Clozd program managers.

 

Is Ask Clozd secure?
Yes, Ask Clozd ensures that your data is never mixed with that of other customers. We use the most secure enterprise license available through OpenAI, and all sessions are isolated to protect your data.

 

Is there a limit to the number of questions I can ask?
No, Ask Clozd allows for unlimited questions, ensuring you can ask as many follow-up queries as needed without additional charges.

 

Can I filter data in Ask Clozd?
While Ask Clozd does not currently support filtering, you can phrase your questions in a way that mimics filtering, such as asking, “Why do we lose deals in North America over the past 6 months?”

 

Does Ask Clozd support custom fields?
No, Ask Clozd currently only considers default Clozd fields when analyzing data. Custom fields are not yet supported.
