Managing Users

The Users section will display all of the users within your organization that have access to the Clozd Platform and details regarding their roles, activity status, etc. 

This article contains the following sections: 

 

Overview

When you click on the Admin tab, you will automatically be taken to the Users section. This is a list of all of the Clozd Platform users for your organization. View and filter the users by: 

  • Name
  • Status
  • Email
  • Role
  • Last Login
  • Login Count
  • Created Date

Key Components

Status

See how active users are by seeing their login status. 

  • Active. An active status denotes a user that has logged into the Clozd Platform in the last 30 days.
  • Passive. A passive user is one whose last login was between 30 and 180 days ago.
  • Inactive. An inactive user has not logged in within the last 180 days.
  • Pending. A pending user is one who has yet to accept the email invite to create an account.

Notifications

See what notifications each user has subscribed to. Hover over the information icon to quickly see what each notification is referring to.

  • Interview Notifications. Sends an email notification for new published feedback
  • Report Notifications. Links to reports or files uploaded by your consultant(s)
  • Monthly Summary. Aggregated feedback report of data collected in the past month (if new data is available)

Actions

Here you have the ability to edit a user, send a password reset email, disable their account, or delete them altogether.

Add Users

To grant more employees access to the Clozd Platform, simply click on the blue Add User button in the top right corner of the page. The following pop up window will appear:

Simply fill out the new user’s contact information and assign them a role. By default, the options are admin or user. Select what notifications they would like to receive. They can change their notification preferences later under their Account Settings. After you click Submit, the new user will receive an email inviting them to activate their account.
