The Competitors tab displays all the competitors your organization has competed with and the associated data showing how you have matched up against them.

This article contains the following sections:

Overview

The best way to think of the Competitors tab is a simplified battle card for specific competitors. The data on this page only includes deals that have received feedback. When you first click into this tab in the Clozd Platform, you will see a page that looks like this:

Details

Common Competitors

At the top of the page is a series of boxes showing the logos of your most common competitors.

The number in the bottom right corner of each box represents the number of times a specific competitor was listed as the primary competitor on the opportunity. In this case, HRIQ has been the primary competitor 49 times. If you hover over this number, a window will pop up with the number of wins and losses you’ve had against this competitor and the size of those deals.

Table Format

This information is also shown in a table format at the bottom of the page, listed from most encounters to least. However, you can also sort the data by the number of wins, losses, or win rate. Click on the drop-down sign in the upper left-hand corner of the table to view the dollar amounts associated with these won and lost deals.

Specific Competitors

If you’d like to see more detailed information about a specific competitor, simply click on the box or the row to be taken to a page dedicated to that competitor. In the example below, you can gain a clear understanding as to why you win or lose when going head-to-head against Talent Reach.
