Win Rates Tab

The Win Rates tab is a comprehensive view of your win rates across different segments.

Overview

Unlike other tabs in the Clozd Platform, the Win Rates tab includes data on all deals uploaded to the Platform, not just ones that you have gotten feedback for. It shows your win rate over time, by amount, lead source, industry, region, and more. At the top right corner of this page, you can apply filters and edit the widgets.

Widgets

To provide more in-depth information for your organization, this tab uses various widgets to break down your win rate by varying segments. 

These widgets show your win rate broken down by: 

• Closed Date
• Amount
• Lead Source
• Industry
• Region
• Segment
• Product

These widgets can provide you with insight into your business's strengths and weaknesses. For instance, if I was looking at the Win Rates tab below, I would realize that our business does really well with deals over $32,725, especially when the lead source is inbound.

Knowing this, I could focus my team’s efforts on selling to these segments and investigate why these areas are doing so much better than others. Getting a pulse like this on your win rate across different segments can be a crucial tool in helping you improve your win rates across all segments going forward.

Edit Widgets

You can fully personalize the widgets included in the Win Rates tab in order to show the data that is most relevant to you. You can make a new widget based on any metadata field you have uploaded into the Clozd Platform in order to customize the widgets to match your exact needs. 

To add widgets: 

1. Toggle on Edit Mode at the top right corner.

2. Click the + Add Metadata Widget.

3. Select the metadata field you would like to see displayed.

4. Before exiting the page, click Publish to save the changes you have made.

To edit widgets: 

1. Toggle on Edit Mode at the top right corner.

2. Click on the meatball menu (three vertical dots) at the top right corner of the desired widget.

2a. Edit will allow you to change the data populating the widget with a different metadata field.

2b. Duplicate will create a new widget with that same metadata.

2c. Delete will remove the widget completely.

3. Before exiting the page, click Publish to save the changes you have made.

Enable the Win Rates Tab

If you go to the Win Rates tab and all of the charts are blurred out, the Win Rates tab has not been enabled for your organization. Since this tab is most useful for organizations that upload all of their sales data into the Clozd Platform (typically through the Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics integration), it is not automatically enabled for all Clozd clients. To enable, hit the Request Access button at the top of the page or reach out to your Clozd consultant. They will help you set up the CRM integration so this page can be useful for you.
