Navigating the Dashboard

The first thing you’ll see when you open a program in the Clozd Platform is the Dashboard. It gives you an overview of your win-loss program as well as smaller widgets that provide more specific insight. These tiles are all previews and can be clicked on to see more information.

Feedback Overview

The first widget shows information about your win-loss analysis sample. This breaks down deals you have received feedback for by outcome and channel.

The chart on the left shows feedback you have received by outcome. So, for instance, if you were only reaching out to loss deals for interview and survey feedback, the entire donut chart would be red. You can also see dollar amount associated with those won and lost deals with feedback.

The right half of this widget shows how many pieces of feedback you have received from each of the four feedback channels (Buyer Interviews, Buyer Surveys, Rep Interviews, and Rep Surveys).

Why We Win & Why We Lose

Beneath that, you can see the top 5 reasons why you win and lose - we call these Decision Drivers. You can click on any of the listed Decision Drivers to see recent quotes tagged to that driver. You can also select “View All Decision Drivers” to quickly navigate to the Decision Drivers tab.

Win Rate

The Win Rate widget shows your win rate based on dollar amount from all deals in Clozd Platform whether they have feedback or not. So, for instance, if the total dollar amount associated with all 1,000 deals in the Clozd Platform was $1,000,000 and you won 400 of them totaling $600,000 in revenue, the win rate listed here would be 60%. You can hover over this chart to see a similar calculation for your business. Please note that this Win Rate widget will only represent deals in Clozd Platform so if your organization is not CRM integrated or is not bringing in your entire pipeline into the Clozd Platform, this number will not be accurate.

Top Wins & Top Losses

These two widgets will display your biggest wins and losses with feedback, filtered by the dollar amount.

Top Competitors

Here you can see your company’s top competitors along with the corresponding win rate against them. Simply hover over any of the listed competitors to see a quick summary of your deals against that competitor or click on it to see a more comprehensive analysis on the Competitors tab. 

Recent Feedback

The next key component of the Dashboard is the Recent Feedback section. Here you can quickly open deals with recently published feedback - this includes interviews and surveys, from both buyers and sellers. Click on any of the listed deals to open up the deal page and view the associated feedback.
