To ensure reliable delivery of Clozd emails—including invitations, notifications, reports, and feedback surveys—please follow these instructions to allowlist Clozd domains in your Mimecast email security system.

Step-by-Step Allowlisting Instructions

1. Log into Mimecast Admin Console

  • Visit your organization's Mimecast Admin Console and log in using your administrator credentials.

2. Navigate to Permitted Senders

  • From the navigation menu, select "Gateway", then click on "Policies", and choose "Permitted Senders".

3. Create a New Permitted Senders Policy

  • Click "New Policy" to create a new allowlisting policy.

  • In the policy settings, specify the following Clozd domains to be permitted:

    • clozd.com

    • notifications.clozd.com

    • invitations.clozd.com

    • survey.clozd.com

    • salesfeedback.clozd.com

4. Apply the Policy

  • Choose the scope of the policy, selecting the relevant users, groups, or your entire organization as needed.

  • Set the policy to "Permit" and confirm all settings.

5. Save and Deploy

  • After reviewing your settings, save and deploy the new policy.

  • Verify that the policy is active in your policies list.

Additional Recommendations

  • Check Held Messages:

    • Regularly check your Mimecast held messages folder to release any Clozd emails that may have been incorrectly quarantined.

  • Exclusion from URL Protection (Optional):

    • If your organization uses Mimecast’s URL Protection, consider excluding Clozd domains from link rewriting or scanning to prevent any deliverability issues.
