Allowlisting Clozd Emails to Ensure Reliable Delivery

To help your team consistently receive important communications from Clozd—including interview notifications, published reports, contributor invitations, and feedback requests—we recommend allowlisting our sending domains.

Why Allowlisting Matters

Clozd employs industry-standard authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), but some email security systems may occasionally filter or quarantine automated, bulk, or similarly structured messages. Allowlisting our domains reduces the risk of these messages being blocked.

Scenarios improved by allowlisting:

  • Contributor portal invitations not arriving

  • Published interview or report notifications getting quarantined

  • Feedback requests or sales feedback requests blocked by spam filters

  • Bulk emails or CC’d messages flagged by email security systems

Domains to Allowlist

To ensure smooth delivery, please have your IT team explicitly allow these domains:

Domain Purpose
@clozd.com Communications from Clozd team members (Program Managers, support, etc.)
@notifications.clozd.com Automated emails: interview published notifications, report availability, Contributor Portal invites, new user account setup
@invitations.clozd.com Invitations to participate in buyer feedback interviews
@survey.clozd.com Invitations for buyers to provide feedback via surveys
@salesfeedback.clozd.com Invitations for your sales reps to submit internal feedback

These domains should be allowlisted in your:

  • Mail server settings (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Exchange)

  • Email security gateways or spam filters (Proofpoint, Mimecast, Barracuda, etc.)

Optional: Allowlisting IP Addresses

If your security tool specifically requires IP-based allowlisting, please allow these IP ranges:

50.31.156.96/27
104.245.209.192/26
50.31.205.204/30
50.31.205.0/24

Note: IP addresses may change periodically. We recommend relying primarily on domain-based allowlisting when possible.

Releasing Quarantined Emails

If Clozd emails are already quarantined:

  1. Check your spam/quarantine logs for emails from Clozd domains.

  2. Mark the messages as safe or trusted.

  3. Explicitly add Clozd domains to your organization’s safe sender or allowlist.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: We allowlisted everything but emails are still missing. What now?
A: Check for post-delivery scanning or link analysis. Some tools inspect emails after delivery and may block links or attachments. Consider excluding Clozd domains from these scans.

Q: Can we test if allowlisting worked?
A: Yes — we can send test messages. Email support@clozd.com and we’ll coordinate a quick deliverability test with you.
