Utilizing Clozd features is important for several reasons:
- Shortened time-to-interview. Leveraging features like Salesforce automation streamlines the process of providing Clozd with contacts, which enables us to schedule interviews closer to the deal's closed date. This ensures that feedback is collected while deals are still fresh in the contacts’ minds.
- Increased participation rate. Features that facilitate timely outreach help improve your participation rate. Engaging with contacts soon after their deal experience leads to higher response rates and more relevant feedback.
- Easier adoption by internal stakeholders. Leveraging the Slack / Teams integration gives your internal stakeholders more opportunities to see win-loss data in a way that is convenient for them. Companies that leverage Slack / Teams for distributing win-loss insights often see large upticks in adoption across their company, and ultimately higher ROI.
