Unique users by department
What are unique users by department?
The unique users by department section of the Clozd Scorecard shows the number of unique users in your company who have accessed the Clozd Platform in the last 90 days. These unique users are grouped by departments: marketing, sales, CS, product/IT, and exec/board.
How is it graded?
Why is this important?
Awareness of department-level adoption helps you ensure that the insights from your win-loss program reach those who can implement changes and make informed decisions.
Most customer feedback will require cross-functional action to fix. If a buyer talks about pricing, that’s going to require Finance, Marketing, Sales, CS, and many others to help fix and implement any pricing-related changes. Making sure these departments are accessing raw customer feedback increases their willingness to get on board with the change & ensures you’ll have the buy-in you need to win more.
How can this be improved?
- Share applicable insights with key stakeholders. Ensure that key stakeholders receive relevant insights from the Clozd Platform. This helps them make informed decisions and take appropriate actions based on the feedback.
- Involve key stakeholders prior to conducting interviews. Engaging stakeholders before the interviews take place ensures that the right questions will be asked. This leads to more targeted and actionable feedback that addresses the specific needs and strategic initiatives of your organization.
- Use Clozd feedback as a way to provide recognition. Win-loss feedback often calls out specific employees from an organization. Highlighting and recognizing the efforts of salespeople, CS reps, and others who are mentioned in interviews not only motivates them, but it also encourages others to participate and engage with the platform.
- Comment within the Clozd Platform. Take advantage of the unlimited user access by encouraging team members to comment within the Clozd Platform. This allows for interactive discussions and collaboration on specific sections of an interview, which enhances overall utilization and effectiveness.
