Platform users
What are platform users?
The platform users section of the Clozd Scorecard details the total number of logins and unique users from your company in the Clozd Platform over the past 90 days. This metric provides insights into overall platform adoption and engagement. By analyzing the number of unique users and their login frequency, you can assess how actively teams are using the platform's features and tools. Understanding these patterns helps both you and Clozd evaluate the effectiveness of your win-loss analysis program and identify opportunities for increasing platform utilization.
How is it graded?
Why is this important?
Tracking the total number of logins and unique users over the past 90 days helps you determine whether your company is fully leveraging the valuable insights provided by Clozd. High engagement levels reflect how effectively win-loss insights are being shared and utilized across your organization.
A higher number of logins indicates frequent interaction with the platform, leading to more opportunities for team members to access and act on feedback. Monitoring platform users helps you maximize the impact of win-loss feedback and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Qualitative data collected by Clozd is often the richest source of raw customer data within an organization. Best-in-class organizations have stakeholders from multiple functional areas (product, marketing, sales, CS, etc.) in the business actively utilizing customer insights.
How can this be improved?
- Give everyone access to the Clozd Platform. We intentionally do not charge per user in our pricing, so it’s important to make sure all relevant team members have access. Encourage company-wide adoption to ensure that valuable win-loss insights are available to everyone.
- Leverage notification channels. Use all available notification channels—such as email and Slack or Teams—to keep users informed about published interviews. Dripping win-loss content through Slack / Teams channels in particular can help keep win-loss data top of mind and encourage them to self-serve (rather than wait for you to “summarize” it for them).
- Encourage leaders to use win-loss feedback. Advocate for leaders to use win-loss interview results as discussion points in team meetings and one-on-ones. This feedback can drive goal-setting, support change management, and highlight areas for improvement.
