OneLogin is an SSO solution provider. Among the configuration options available is a custom SAML configuration that can be used with Clozd SAML options to enable users to sign into the Clozd Platform directly through the OneLogin Portal.
This article contains the following sections:
Configuration
1. Log in to the OneLogin management console.
2. Navigate to the Applications section under the Applications navigation menu.
3. Click the “Add App” button in the upper right
4. Select SAML Test Connector (Advanced)
5. In the “Info” section, configure the Display Name for the app, visibility options, icon, and description as desired.
6. On the Configuration tab, fill out the following fields:

7. On the Parameters tab, click the plus icon to add additional custom fields.
8. Add a field named email. Check the box to “Include in SAML assertion”. Click the Save button.
9. Map the value to Email. Click the Save button again.
10. Repeat steps 5-7, adding the following fields:
- firstname (mapped to First Name)
- lastname (mapped to Last Name)
11. On the Users tab, ensure that all users that should have access to the app are allowed to log in. Also ensure that the email, firstname, and lastname fields are populated.
12. Navigate to the SSO section. Locate the Issuer URL and send this to your contact at Clozd.
13. Click the Save button to ensure the application settings are saved.
The remainder of the configuration will be completed by Clozd and a login URL will be provided.
