An integration with Teams will allow you to send real-time notifications to Teams channels in your company workspace whenever new interviews are published. Teams notifications allow you to share win-loss feedback to a wider audience at your company. Even if employees don’t have a Clozd account, they can see win-loss findings in Teams.
Choose which notifications go to which Teams channels.
If some Teams channels have a specific audience, set filters so only notifications for specific deals are sent to those channels. For example, if you have a Marketing channel, filter so that notifications are sent only when interviews are published where “Marketing” decision drivers were rated.

Teams Integration Setup
To enable the integration, you will need to be an admin on Teams and the Clozd Platform.
1. Navigate to the Configuration tab in the Clozd Platform.
2. Click on the Integrations tab.
3. Locate the Microsoft Teams integration section, then click Connect.
4. Click the Add Clozd to Microsoft Teams button.
5. Sign in to your Microsoft account.
6. In the Microsoft Teams integration settings within the Clozd Platform, click on Download Zip File to download a zip file named "clozd_app.zip".
7. Navigate to https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/dashboard. Click on Teams apps. Select Manage apps.
8. Click + Upload new app. Select the clozd_app.zip file downloaded from the Clozd Platform in Step 6.
6. In the Microsoft Teams integration settings within the Clozd Platform, click on Add Teams Channel. Select which channel(s) should receive Teams notifications.
7. If you don't want all published interview notifications to send out to a certain channel, set notification criteria by clicking Add Filter.
For this example, only published deals that have the Category as Platform will notify the General channel.
8. You can always edit or remove channels from your Teams integration by clicking the three dots next to each channel. Add additional channels by clicking Add Teams Channel.
Notification Example
Once the integration has been completed, the Teams notifications will include:
- Deal Name
- Associated Program
- Outcome
- Deal Amount
- Preview of the interview summary
- "View Full Deal" button
Once any member of the Teams channel clicks on "read more" or "View Full Deal", they will be brought to an unauthenticated view of the deal. If the user wants to view any other area of the Clozd Platform, they will have to log in.
This allows a greater audience from your organization (including those that may not have access to the Clozd Platform) to read the important win-loss feedback obtained.
FAQs
- What triggers a notification?
Notifications will only be posted to Teams for buyer or sales rep interviews that match the filters you have applied. The Teams integration will not post notifications for buyer surveys or sales rep surveys.
