Content Tagging

Use tags to track and organize feedback received from win-loss interviews and surveys.

Overview

Similar to Decision Drivers, which allow you to track the reasons why your organization wins or loses deals, Content Tags provide the ability to track valuable information obtained from a win-loss interview that doesn't necessarily correlate with a final decision reason.

When a competitor or specific product feedback is mentioned that doesn't surface as a reason why a deal was won or lost; this feedback can be marked with a tag instead of included as a decision driver.

You can organize the Tags tab into categories. Click on any tag to see each deal and the highlighed text associated with it.

Example

For example, if I read through this buyer interview feedback from Expandify Solutions and noticed they provided feedback on the functionality of our product, I could tag this valuable information to keep track of it.

Once that has been tagged, I can head back to the Tags tab to see each time product feedback was given regarding the functionality.

Benefits

  • Better searchability. By clicking on a specific tag, you can see each time that tag has been linked to text within a deal.
  • Use the advanced filter to filter deals by a certain tag.
  • All tags can be viewed by all users in an organization.
  • Tags create an archive and historical record of helpful feedback, where it is possible to understand what has happened in the past. This guides a strategy that closes the gap on losing deals to competitors.
  • An effective stagging system provides users with relevant information about where to focus efforts.
